The starting salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications within the budgeted salary range of $72,000 - $89,000 annually.
However, there is ability for longevity growth and progression in salary for the individual once employed.

As we embark on a challenging journey to transition to the states new ERP system, we're on the lookout for dynamic professional with Workday HCM experience to join our team.
OFM State HR is working on early readiness planning for the HR and Payroll communities to position the enterprise to transition to the new ERP system and this role will play a pivotal part in the success of the readiness efforts.
As an experienced Workday HCM subject matter expert, the successful candidates will work with internal teams and the external community to prepare people, data and business process for the transition.
In this role you will be part of the team developing a readiness roadmap and leading change efforts, offering insight to help prepare for the future state of HR and Payroll processing.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES What you'll do: Be a core member of the team leading the State HR charge on HR & Payroll community transition readiness.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current HR and Payroll processes and systems and identify gaps between the current state and the desired future state to inform the readiness roadmap.
Work with the HR & Payroll communities to prepare business process and data for transition.
