EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
As the Fiscal Technician, you will be primarily responsible for fiscal data entry, including accurately entering amounts received and batches to the appropriate systems.
Using your attention to detail you will reconcile, sort, and balance revenues received statewide, ensuring the amounts recorded balance to the amount deposited.
Additionally, you will be working in office with a dedicated team to ensure accurate and expedited entry of vital information.
Some of what you will do: Make copies and retain required documents.
Return to sender all documents/payments received that cannot be processed.
Maintain file copy of items returned.
Perform daily Lockbox verification of date order and completeness for filing.
