About the team:
Working as an integral member of the finance team, the financial analyst develops and executes customizable dashboards using quantitative methods and statistical software.
Responsible for all aspects of system-wide reporting for operations, performance improvement projects, and the support of budget and forecast activities.
Required Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of an associate degree.
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, Finance, Accounting or closely related field is preferred.
Three (3) years of healthcare data analysis and reporting experience preferred.

Job Specific Duties:
Designs and develops data extractions, analysis, and reporting tools/dashboards for operations, performance improvement projects, and finance.
Performs wide variety of regular and recurring moderately complex data queries, mapping and analysis functions requiring full professional competency.
SENIOR: Performs complex data queries, mapping, and data analysis functions including interpretation and analysis.
Prepares analysis and reporting activities including financial forecasting, SBARs, business plans, cost and service line accounting and capital decisions.
SENIOR: Oversees, monitors, and ensures the accuracy of data analytics.
Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end data reporting for internal and external parties.
SENIOR: Interprets data and analytics for administrative officers.
Evaluates and improve upon current processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely report filings.
Ensures compliance with all financial reporting deadlines with external agencies.
Partners with department leaders to assist in reporting for audits, evaluations of payments and various other projects.
Researches and analyzes alternatives for improving work flows.
SENIOR: Develops “best practice” recommendations by partnering with the managers and outside organizations, examining data and identifying trends.

Compensation for this role is $69,520.
