- Bachelor's or master's degree in tax, accounting, or finance.
- CPA.
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in accounting/finance.
- Experience with financial reporting requirements.
- Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
- Experience in a retail environment either in accounting, bookkeeping, or back office.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet company needs.
