Property Management Company seeking a full time Community Manager for a property in Thurston County, WA.

Manager Responsibilities: * Supervise property staff.
* Marketing, which includes merchandising and renting the apartments.
* Public relations, which includes communication and maintaining the property’s reputation.
* Administration, which includes rental collections and record keeping.
* Operations Requirements: * 2 year property management experience * Appfolio experience (preferred) * Professional appearance * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Basic computer/technology skills * Valid Driver’s License * Reliable transportation Software Programs Utilized (Experience preferred, not required): * AppFolio * Microsoft Teams * Paycom Benefits: * Medical * Dental * 401k w/match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.
