WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries) * Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually * Web pricing and discount management * Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (ie: cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc) * Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects * Drive auction process * Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process * Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE: * *Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)* * Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience * Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives * Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required) * Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (ie: Excel, Word, Outlook) To learn more about West Coast Self Storage Group, please visit our website at https://www.
