We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 162-unit apartment community in Olympia! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed.

Requirements
At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
Minimum of six months of Assistant Community Manager experience at an apartment community.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work every Saturday with an alternative day off during the week.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: T-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
