YOUR DAY
As a Resident Services Specialist, you play a crucial role in the leasing process.
You provide valuable information about our apartments and the community to prospective residents, helping them make informed decisions about their new homes.
Your exceptional communication skills come into play as you schedule visits to the community, ensuring that potential residents can experience the best we have to offer.
Additionally, you greet visitors and carefully assess if the community meets their qualifications, ensuring we attract residents who thrive in our vibrant community.
Once residents are on board, you continue to be their go-to person for understanding lease and community policies.
Your ability to effectively explain these policies will establish trust and set the stage for a positive and harmonious living experience.
REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid driver's license, sound driving record, and auto insurance required
Computer literacy required
Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
