QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must be able to work independently with efficiency and quality, complete tasks by a deadline and communicate regularly and work cohesively with the manager of the communities.
• Experience – Limited experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, appliance repair and drywall is preferred.

• Required Qualifications:
Efficient problem solving skills are a MUST as each day can present a new challenge
Must be able to work independently and with a crew
Customer service oriented
Organized with attention to detail
Must be able to prioritize tasks and be self-motivated
Should be tech savvy enough to use online time sheets.
• Required Experience/items
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician
Drivers License, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance
Basic set of personal tools
Pass a background check.
Pay depends on your experience $24-26/hour
