On-Site Property Manager - min 3 years experience required

Currently, we are looking for a FULL TIME time ONSITE RESIDENT MANAGER for 150 to 200-unit apartment buildings in the Lacey, WA area of 98503.
Position & responsibilities: ●Physically walk and inspect the property on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments inside the units.
●Communicate with tenants and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
●Perform move out inspections with tenants moving out.
●Perform move in inspections with new tenants.
●Show apartments for rent and process paperwork including payables and ledgers.
●Help oversee vendors and maintenance people working on the property.
●Collect and input rents.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
00 - $25.
