Position Requirements:
-Being the “face” of our community and representing our company to tenants, prospective tenants and vendors.
-Collecting and recording of rent each month
-Timely responding to prospective tenant emails, texts and phone calls and showing apartments to prospective residents.
Overseeing the application process of applicants.
-Managing the move in and move out process of tenants and lease documentation associated with both
-Communications and notices from the office
-Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
-Overseeing vendors and monitoring access for work done on property
-Routine cleaning of common areas and litter patrol around property
-Parking lot management and monitoring the security of the building
-Enforcing all building rules and regulations in a professional and positive manner
-Purchasing supplies when needed
Candidate Requirements:
-Solid experience as an on-site property manager
-Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills with a high level of integrity
-Proven ability to work independently- a self-starter and quick learner
-Basic computer skills working with Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and email as well as maintaining both physical and digital resident files
-Working knowledge and experience with WA State Landlord Tenant Law, ADA and Fair Housing laws
-Must have valid WA State Driver’s license and vehicle
-Must pass a background check

Salary: $50,000.
