Growing residential property management company seeking personable, highly organized, skilled property management assistant.
Specific industry experience is not required but the skills and attributes described here are.
A high level of efficiency, customer-centric focus, ability to “get it done”, and rapid learning is required.
You will provide support for a dynamic property management team and our maintenance division.
Duties will include routine but particularly important tasks such as filing of confidential documents, helping to close and bill work orders, organizing the office operations, and maintaining property management records.
Duties will also include high level tasks such as arranging showings for properties, supporting move-in and move-out processes, welcoming clients to our newly completed offices, developing and completing special projects, troubleshooting "alligators", and providing leadership by setting the office tone and efficiency of operations.
You will be a "wrangler", a "conductor", a "mission control specialist" and a "rock" on which everyone can rely.
To top it off, if you have what it takes, you make be asked to grow into a full-fledged licensed property manager.
