Description:
As the Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team; you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests at the casino.
You will oversee the daily operations of the table games floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and upholding the highest standards of safety and security.
In addition, you will be expected to provide training and guidance to staff, monitor gaming operations, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor assigned games and notifies immediate supervisor of any disputes, problems or concerns with either a patron or progress of the game.
Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere to both customers and co-workers.
Accept work assignments and direction with a positive attitude and build good relationships with guests and co-workers.
Coordinate dealer schedules and ensure assigned tables are properly and sufficiently equipped.
Verify beginning and ending chip / money balances and confirms supporting documentation.
Receive fills and distributes credits.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Assist with interviewing, training, disciplining, appraising, rewarding and evaluating subordinates.
Address customer complaints / compliments and demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Promote and encourage positive customer relations both on and off property.
Monitor performance of personnel to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations in accordance with Squaxin Island Gaming procedures and gaming enterprise's Internal Controls.
Protect and control games and assets.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining a payout for a winning wager or when collecting a losing wager.
Ensure that the pace of the appropriate games is adhered to as set by house standards.
Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED.
AND a minimum of three years Table Games experience.
One year experience of deal time in both Craps and Roulette.
Must demonstrate knowledge of basic strategy at a proficiency rate of 80% by way of exams.
Knowledge and practice of all Title 31 Regulations is required.
