Fitness Manager or Personal training

We are looking for a high energy, hard working and fitness loving individual to help lead our Personal Training staff, maintain and manage clients while increasing profitability of our Personal Training department! Duties: * Ensures personal training department reaches all sales goals including department.
(Will have 3-6 weeks of hands on training, depending on hire date) * Promotes, sells personal training programs, and services and assists staff in doing so as well * Schedules team members appropriately for floor hours, develops sales ability and assists in closing sales * Exceptional member service orientation and possesses outstanding communication skills * Ability to recruit, hire, train and develop new training or personal training sales counselors * Supports General Manager in all club directives Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,400.
00 - $5,000.
