```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Experience```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and accounts payable/receivable
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage, Quicken, or similar programs
- Familiarity with technical accounting standards (GAAP)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
