Graduate from our New Agent Launch
We have a super-dialed in 90 day launch program that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market.
The average agent closes (and pends) 3.
4 transactions during this time.
Work with Buyers & Sellers to Help them achieve their real estate goals!!
We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted or negotiates a successful accepted offer for their seller(s) we all win!
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of our clients
Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard.
We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!
Participate in team activities per team standards
We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office.
All of our agents are full time.
We do client events, script practicing, dialing, door knocking and social media.
You get to do all this with us!
Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training and Partner Call
We treat this job like a career and not a hobby.
We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
