Location: Lacey, WA Branch
Position Overview: Join us at NC The CAT Rental Store as an Outside Rental Sales Representative in Lacey, WA.
Your pivotal role will involve driving profitable rentals for The CAT Rental Store.
Focus on pursuing and closing rental deals within your territory, specializing in Vertical Construction Rental Support by promoting a full line of Genie Aerial Equipment as well as Caterpillar earthmoving equipment and attachments.
Our rental fleet also includes trench shoring, generators, air compressors, aerial products, and more, featuring top brands like Genie, JLG, and Sullair.
Primary Responsibilities:
Actively build relationships with new customers in your territory.
Visit offices and job sites to educate customers on products and plans.
Maintain detailed customer records and manage sales procedures.
Collaborate with operations teams for smooth equipment availability.
Perform other duties as directed by your manager.
Qualifications:
Drive and Energy: Bring a high-energy and self-motivated attitude to the role.
Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a strong drive to contribute to customer success.
Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of outside rental or sales experience preferred, showcasing your prospecting and customer retention skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office to streamline communication and tasks.
Continuous Learning: While a bachelor's degree is preferred, it's not mandatory – your passion and willingness to learn are valued.
Compensation and Benefits:
Lucrative Earning Potential: On target earnings (OTE) for the first year is $75,000 which includes a starting base salary of $27,000 per year, plus commission.
