Trotter & Morton Facility Services is recruiting a sales professional with proven success closing solution-based sales by meeting or exceeding targets on a year-by-year basis for our growing LINC Service Division in Lacey, WA.
We are looking to hire an individual who can adhere to a disciplined and structured sales process to generate results that contribute to our business growth.
Continual client research and committed prospecting for new opportunities is necessary for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, tenacity and a proven ability to influence an organization’s top decision-makers.
Additional skills necessary to succeed in this role include: computer competency, negotiation skills, and writing and presentation skills.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team!
With a combination of base salary and incentives, a successful MSR can expect to earn over $100,000.

Base Salary Range: $65,000.

Roles and Responsibilities
Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetings
Climb ladders to access rooftop units when necessary
Achieve or exceed Sales Goals and Awards
Communicate complex problems into simple explanations
Deal with a complex sale and multi-level decision makers
Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with the sales team to resolve problems, find opportunities and maximize profits
In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, paperwork and CRM data
Learn to identify customer needs by influencing the customer via a value proposition sale
Develop the ability to qualify prospects, set effective appointments, follow up on leads and referrals and answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner
Develop an understanding of the prospect's decision-making process, address customer concerns and commit prospect to decision making timetable
Research proactively the prospect's organization and influences the customer to buy through thorough analysis of the client’s organizational needs
Identify equipment conditions, survey mechanical systems, recognize project opportunities and recommend maintenance requirements
Perform other duties as required
Required Skills
Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible business offerings
Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a sales CRM program
Strong negotiation skills
Writing and presentation skills
Strong business acumen
Required Experience
2 years of previous sales experience
Prior HVAC experience is an asset but not required
Prior B2B sales experience is an asset but not required
Cold calling willingness and experience is required
Valid Driver’s License and a clean record is required
Ability to work comfortably with heights
