Description:
The Player Development Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the Player Development Casino Hosts, whose functions involve player tracking, player recruitment and retention, and inactive guest reactivation for high-end guest segment; and of the Player Rewards Club Supervisors and Representatives in executing guest rewards/service program and brand promotions/events at the superior level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategize the Player Development program, focusing on acquisition, retention, and reactivation, to provide best guest service to high-end guest segment sustainably and profitably.
Execute all Gaming and Non-Gaming promotions, including VIP promotions and special events.
Manage all casino marketing systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of all offers.
Manage and supervise Player Rewards Club Supervisors and Representatives by providing effective leadership to ensure guests receive friendly, efficient and accurate services and information at the most effective cost.
Supervise over Player Development Casino Host with clear goal/target/assignment on weekly/monthly basis with relative performance evaluation.
Responsible for guest assignment to hosts, daily/weekly complimentary analysis, daily/weekly hotel block for player development.
Interview, hire, train, coach, assign, and direct work to Player Development and Rewards Club team.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Responsible for all of necessary administrative papers but not limited to complimentary services in cash/coupon/voucher/ticket/merchandise reports requested by Marketing/Finance/Audit.
Responsible for achieving the Player Development goal/target on the monthly/yearly basis within approved budget.
Coordinate with the Marketing Director in fiscal year budget for player development.
Coordinate with Gaming Operations, F&B, Hotel, Spa, and Golf to promote these products to high-end guest segment efficiently.
Manage/coordinate in planning/executing all of VIP promotions/events.
Resolve guest concerns and complaints via proper investigation, referral, and follow-up to appropriate supervisor when necessary
Maintain operating knowledge of IGT Advantage and MGT Kiosk functions.
Initiate plans to motivate employees to increase Players Club memberships.
Requirements:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field.
3 years’ experience as a Casino Player Development Manager.
OR Minimum of five (5) years prior sales experience required with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database analysis experience required.
OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class III Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission (must be able to pass a background check).
