Description:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and unique website, and social media content that is designed to engage users, increase brand visibility and improve our marketing efforts; strategizing and producing compelling narratives through video, blogs and social platforms.
This position also provides analytical website and social media platform reports to measure their performance efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Platforms:
Have a strong knowledge of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.
Create innovative and timely content, and post on multiple social media channels for LCCR.
Maintain the voice of brand(s) across media platforms.
Track engagement, analytics and traffic on LCCR’s social media platforms and its affiliates including Salish Cliffs Golf Club, Seven Inlets Spa.
Accelerate growth of our organic following on social media for all accounts.
Strategize, build the paid-ad campaigns including SEO/SEM to promote LCCR brand to targeted markets.
Support development of content calendars including writing copy and daily postings.
Participate in with users and respond to daily messages, inquiries, comments.
Proficiency and experience with image resizing, audio/video filming and editing.
Website and Mobile App
Develops and lead social engagement strategies on the property website.
Track engagement, analytics and traffic on LCCR’s website and its affiliates including Salish Cliffs Golf Club, Seven Inlets Spa, LCCR mobile App…
Responsible for crafting editorial content on website, press page…
Coordinates with agency to manage the website structure or change.
Email Blast and Text Messaging
Schedules email blast and text messaging timely.
Drafts blast and text message content.
Track engagement, analytics for these programs.
Point of contact for key digital marketing vendor relationships.
Drives daily execution of online advertising tactics to meet KPIs and align with overarching strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field OR at least five (5) year experience in managing websites, social media platforms, email blast and text messaging programs in gaming industry; required.
Experience with marketing software and applications; required.
