Job Type: Onsite / not remote.
As the Marketing Project Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the workflow for the entire marketing department.
This position specializes in the planning, management, and execution of marketing campaign projects and touches every project at key points in the project lifecycle.
You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and making adjustments to ensure success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning, managing, and executing project timelines related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Plans and coordinates department meetings, ensuring projects and campaigns stay on schedule.
Update current project statuses and determine any potential blockers preventing on-time completion of deliverables.
Manage marketing campaigns from planning to delivery and measurement of effectiveness, including promotions (gaming and non-gaming), events and inter-department creative requests.
Manage, build, and maintain boards in Monday Work OS project software for successful tracking of marketing tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
Manages communication with team, both internally and externally, ensuring each department has the information and buy-in needed to get the project across the finish line.
Determines action items from Marketing meetings and inputs into Monday Work OS software for tracking.
Determines effectiveness of team’s workflow and provides necessary changes to alleviate pain points and blockers.
Monitors Marketing Creative Request submissions, delegating and tracking requests to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2 years related experience in managing projects required.
Class II Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission (must be able to pass a background check).
Requires a Valid Washington State Driver License and must be insurable on the Tribe’s insurance.

Salary Description
$23 hourly and up, based on experience.
