Responsibilities
Oversee all front desk operations, including answering phone lines.
Greet guests and associates warmly at the front desk, serving as the face of the office.
Assist in agent recruitment and retention efforts, collaborating closely with the Team Leader and Market Center Administrator.
Maintain office supplies and appearance to ensure a professional environment.
Provide support to agents with their office needs and tasks, including onboarding and retention processes.
Support agents in adapting to Keller Williams systems and tools, demonstrating a deep desire to help others succeed.
Approach tasks with a "whatever-it-takes" attitude to ensure success in the role.
Assist Team Leader in career nights and recruiting unlicensed people into school
