*Basic Position Requirements Date of Position: *Temp/Seasonal (Over 18yrs of age)
Current Driver’s License with good driving record and insurability at normal rate is required.
Background Check – for purposes of integrity and safety issues relevant to business processes.
Periodic/random Drug Screening for purposes of operational safety, personnel safety, and policy.
Ability to effectively operate in a team or solo to s_uccessfully sell hardware_ and related products in a retail environment and provide high quality customer service.
Provide support for sales operations.
Merchandising, cleaning, Janitorial, maintenance, instruction, training, etc.

Provide support-needs for sales operations.

_Willingness and ability to aggressively learn hardware related products and product applications to set themselves up for success.

Safe Forklift operation (capable), training available.
Able to lift 75lbs pounds, or more with assistance.
Ability to stand on feet and walk floor and stairs for long periods of time.
Reading and Writing Skills to decipher instructions, manuals, safety data sheets, etc…
Basic Mathematics and ability to count money and transcribe data alphanumeric data accurately.
Basic Mathematics with the ability to multiply, divide, subtract, add, average and basic geometry.
Accurate color vision (color acuity) necessary for color paint matching.
Ability to accurately operate a calculator, cash register, and computer devices with specific protocols.
General knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
* Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, Lawn and Garden, Lumber, Building Materials.
We are an _Advanced Customer Service Provider_ (Teamwork, listening and problem-solving skills to provide suitable solutions and advice on products is critical).

Operational hours are: *0750 – 1810hrs* M, Tu, W, Th, F, / 0850-1810 hrs Sa, Su
_Dates that require full staffing_ (Memorial Day, July 4thweekend, Labor-day) and Inventory DEC 26-31st.
A 60-day probation period will assist both parties in finding the right fit for potential longer-term employment.
