Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom duplex.
Rent is 1300 dollars and split it would be 650 plus electricity.
Electric is usually around 150 in the winter.
Wifi is 50$ (25 each).
The rental period would be a half a year with the option to rent monthly afterward.
Landlord requires 3 times the rent and a background check i believe.
I am a pretty chill person, i do like to keep shared spaces clean.
I am 32 years old.
I enjoy disc golf, video games, biking hiking.
Standard pnw stuff.
