It is located in a 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse on a 10 acre organic farm on Johnson Point Rd NE.
There are 3 cabins out back that share the kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
The rent is $1000 a month plus a portion of the electriciy (approx $25-$30 in the summer, and $50-$75 in the winter.
All other utilities (water, sewer, garbage, internet) are included.
The security deposit is $250 and is completely refundable if the room is left clean, there is no damage on move-out, and you give at least a 20 day move-out notice.
Due to the size of the room and the shared common areas, only individuals will be considered.
You must pass both a criminal and credit screening ($75).
This is a working farm! There are cows, ducks, and chickens (as well as 2 dogs and 2 cats).
You must be ok with farm animals.
No pets.
There is a fenced in garden area that you are free to garden in if you'd like to.
