We have a bedroom opening up in our 5 bedroom house on the westside of Olympia near Evergreen.
Room is available April 1.

The house is warm, friendly and plant-filled located on three acres that are sunny and quiet with big trees.
There is a large, fenced garden area with raised beds, a raspberry patch, and fruit trees.
There is also a large field for lounging in the sun.
Another house on the land has chickens that are often roaming around.
In many ways, everyone that lives here is kind of doing their own thing (Evergreen students, biologists, writers, outdoorsy types, etc.
) but the house has a warm vibe and we occasionally BBQ or do other group social things.
While there are occasional parties (usually located out in the barn), the house is mostly quiet and is a great spot to study or work remotely.
Someone who is mellow and tidy, but OK with a quirky house would be a good fit.
Furnished room is roughly 10x10 and has a twin bed frame, mattress, shelving, clothes rack, dresser and desk.
The rent is $750.
Utilities, including grabage, water, electricty and WIFI are $66 a month.
Month to month lease.
First and last months rent to move in.
The house is about a mile from Evergreen and bus stops.
There’s no sidewalk between the bus and the house.
Sorry, absolutely no pets.
Folks have allergies.
