We are a mother and college student daughter so please be female.
Rent for this apartment will go up to just under $2400 in Feb but your time working will be your contribution.
Must pass background check.
Nonsmoking property.
Please be vaccinated with current boosters.
Please be very germ conscientious due to my health.

We are quiet, video game, book reading, movie watching, studious, homebody types and we try to be to bed by 10pm so please be able to mesh with that.
We have two calm affectionate cats.
