Looking for a roommate for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at Evergreen Garden Apartments.
There is laundry in a shared laundry room with the rest of the complex.
Evergreen has many hiking trails nearby and the beach is close as well.
We are a couple who enjoys all types of arts and crafts as well as outdoor activities.
We do have a cat.
The apartment is furnished (the room is not), a couch, tv, and cooking supplies you are welcome to use.
There is another room used as storage/office space.
