International 350 utility - $500 (Yelm)

Old 350 utility with torque amplifier was planning to restore it but not going to get around to it at all.
Be a great parts machine or even fix this one up and use it around the farm.
Gas engine is seized up sat in a barn for 30 years not sure how bad it is or if a new engine is a better option.
