Expect litters of 2-4 healthy lambs in Jan/Feb or April/May for ewe lambs.
Sheep milk is incredibly rich in vitamins minerals and fat, making it perfect for cheese making, butter, ice cream, and drinking fresh.
You get many more lbs of cheese for your gallon than with cow's milk.
