I think it is a dracaena plant.
I have others but there a different varieties & I am not sure which one this is called.
One pot is inside the other.
There are brown leaves that will drop off and the leaves grow back quick each year.
Pick up on Big Hanaford rd about a mile from the Transalta power Plant.
