So if you get no response to your e-mail inquiry, try either checking your spam filter or calling.
When you hit the reply button choose "call" instead of "e-mail.

None of these servers have rails.
Rails are usually also available on eBay.
Pay no attention to the stickers on the trays.
They often don't match the size of what's actually in them.
The stickers are easily removed.
A test station is available, so feel free to bring your own diagnostic tools and check them out as thoroughly as you want before buying.
