Reliable Enterprises Early Learning Programs provide learning opportunities in partnership with staff, parents, county, and state organizations to provide innovative educational and training programs for the development of dynamic individuals with strong moral values and a passion for lifelong learning.
The Infant and Toddler Development Center located in Centralia is the premier development center in Lewis County for birth to three age children with developmental delays and is a foundational program within Reliable Enterprises.
The In-Tot Special Education Teacher works with families and children to develop Individual Family Support Plans (IFSP) nurturing the growth and improvement in the crucial birth to three developmental stages of children’s lives by assessing children’s development with possible developmental delays to gain access to Early Intervention Services (EIS) and other resources fostering child development and family training.
Working with families and children with development disabilities can be a challenging and rewarding experience so the Special Education Teacher must demonstrate successful problem management skills and have experience working with a disadvantaged population.
The early intervention process, from initial contact to transition, must be responsive, flexible and individualized to reflect the child’s and family’s priorities, learning styles and cultural beliefs.
