*RESPONSIBILITIES:* * The position we are currently looking to fill is primarily customer service based.
A significant amount of time each day will be spent assisting customers over the phone and through email with various needs such as new customer inquiries, scheduling, and payments.
* Keeping customer accounts up to date by notating any changes and keeping accurate records of services.
* Filing and preparing paperwork for technicians.
* Assist office personnel, field technicians, and management as more experience allows.
*REQUIREMENTS:* * Must enjoy interacting with customers on the phone while exuding a kind, helpful, and courteous attitude.
* Detail-oriented, with a propensity toward immense accuracy, organization, and accountability.
Should be able to talk on the phone with customers while simultaneously keeping excellent records in their accounts.
* Must have a positive attitude and be a glass-is-half-full kind of person to bring additional value to our outstanding company culture.
Maintaining a positive work environment is extremely important to us.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for the professional work environment.
* The ability to multi-task, while maintaining high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to work well independently and as a team member.
* Comfortable using Windows-based computer applications, smartphones (Android OS), and basic problem-solving with office equipment.
Can comfortably learn and adapt to new software and other technologies.
* Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Criminal background checks and drug testing (pre-hire and random) will be performed.
*NEEDS:* This position will require a consistent 40 hours worked per week as you will be the front lines to our customer service which requires a high level of reliability.
The current schedule that we need filled is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Hours subject to change based on employment and seasonal needs.
Flexibility will be required for these purposes.

After the 60-day period, the pay range for this specific position is $17.
00-$22.

Eligibility for pay increases are assessed at the time of employment reviews, which take place approximately each quarter.
*Working Conditions:* * Our unique office building is a converted home that requires the use of stairs to access the main administrative office.
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk.
* Prolonged periods of working on a computer, including repetitive hand/finger motions required for use of keyboard/mouse and visual requirements to view screen.
* Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
* Must be able to carry inventory and files (up to 20 pounds) short distances, including up and down stairs occasionally.
* Must be able to bend and/or squat/kneel to access files.
* Auditory and verbal abilities necessary to effectively communicate in English with others in person, over telephone, and video call required.
* Ability to communicate in English using professional written skills via email, text, and letter/mailed format.
*\*Disclaimers\** To keep with that small family feel, we also have several office pets that you will see from time to time that keep everyone company.
Must be okay with dogs and cats in the office.
Lastly, we are continuing to take precautions when it comes to limiting the spread of respiratory illnesses to ensure that our work environment is safe and healthy.
Our site is regularly sanitized/cleaned to prevent the spread of illnesses.
