Duties The Enterprise Systems Administrator position at ESD is responsible for administering, operating, and maintaining all ESD enterprise-wide, mission-critical software applications and systems.
This role involves enterprise system administration, application development, business/technical analysis, testing and documentation, technical and customer support.
Some of your duties may include: • Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair problems or issues with enterprise software applications and systems, such as Tidal, IIS, Imaging, and NGTS.
• Install and configure software, patches, updates, licenses, and upgrades in production environment.
• Perform application and software testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Manage system security procedures and tools to ensure rigorous security measurements are in place.
• Develop, prepare, and execute source code, scripts, interfaces, file transfers, data integration, data fixes, and backup/recovery processes.
• Perform business/technical analysis, project management, and design functions by leading or participating in projects, defining needs, and recommending solutions.
• Develop and document use cases, user stories, workflows, business rules, and system diagrams.
• Write and update technical specifications, release notes, and support plans.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets, service requests, and change requests from internal and external customers.
• Communicate and collaborate with other IT groups, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Administration or closely related field and seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
OR • Associates degree in Computer Science, IT Administration or closely related field and nine (9) years of relevant IT experience.
OR • A combination of eleven (11) years of education and/or relevant IT experience.
AND • Three (3) years of experience with production systems administration, implementation, and support.
• Two (2) years of experience in CASE management systems and configuring touchpoints.
• Three (3) years of experience working with job schedulers.
*A Master's degree or above will substitute for one (1) year of required experience.
Desirable/Preferred Education, Experience or Certifications: • Four (4) years of experience with software administration in Imaging Applications.
Additional Requirement of Employment: • Must be able to pass an Unemployment Insurance (UI) Claim & Benefit Information Review.
• Must be able to travel.
