ON-SITE MANAGEMENT.
We also have on-site management available at specific times, Monday through Friday, to address tenant questions or concerns.
Office hours are posted so you know when management will be on site.
Tenants can also reach management outside normal office hours via text or email.

- Suite A9 is an upper level, unfurnished office space with laminate flooring and exterior windows with a wonderful view! This office is currently available for $650/month.
- Suite D9 is a cozy, unfurnished lower level office space.
This space is currently available for $225/month
- We have a fully furnished Day Use Room on the upper level, with proximity to the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom.
This room is currently available on Sundays and Tuesdays.
To occupy this office one day a week is $200/month.
This office includes the same amenities the rest of our tenants enjoy.
