Levity Loft’s contract terms and lease agreements are contingent on the number of one hour time slots reserved for your classes/training sessions each week starting at $40/week.
The more time slots you reserve, the lower the hourly rate.
Levity Loft represents a quirky collective of driven, creative and fun entrepreneurs operating out of the gorgeous 2nd floor Ballroom (formerly the Yoga Loft) of the historic American Legion Building on Capital Lake.
This is a tremendous opportunity for the right professional whose offerings cater to our shared demographic primarily of fun women and non-binary folks of all ages.
Levity Loft's offerings focus on fitness and movement modalities, i.
e.
, Pilates Apparatus, Mat, and Barre, Pole Dancing Classes, Belly Dancing, QiGong, Yoga, and Burlesque, as well as chiropractic and Scuba Diving instruction.
We also regularly host pole dancing and live music events which often sell out providing an excellent opportunity for our ICs to promote their offerings to the local community.
The Levity Loft ballroom is a beautiful corner space on the second floor of the American Legion building.
During the day, the ballroom’s west and south facing windows provide plenty of natural light and a view of Capitol Lake.
At night, the ballroom is awash in colorful twinkle lights adding a playful ambience to the space.
In addition to Levity Loft, the American Legion Building is also home to Octapas Cafe and several hair salons.
We will be hosting a workshop for new and existing ICs on Saturday April 13th from 1-3pm.
