The hours of operation are 7am to 8pm.
Shifts are 7am - 3pm, 4:30pm - 8pm .
*Job Duties:*
· Prepare for service by setting up trays, breakfast bar, juice cart, and coffees as assigned.
· Prepare the room for dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils
· sanitation and safety control policies.
· Help residents take their orders if they didn’t fill out a menu
· Stay updated on current menu choices menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
· Knowledge of residents' special dietary needs and special requests
· Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from the kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments
· Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring about needs; observing the dining process
· Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses, coffee
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Provide welcoming greetings and following guest ordering procedures
· Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
· Fill in for absent staff as needed
· Assist with special events as needed
· Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Follow the company dress code
· Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
· Close the dining room after service by following the end of day task list as assigned by the supervisor
*Job Requirements:*
· Must be able to pass a background check and able to get CPR/First Aid training within 30 days of employment
· Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
· Flexibility is a must
· TB test before employment
· Food handler's card
