* * Candidates must be able to work in DuPont; * Provide post-offer proof and/or completion of COVID-19 vaccination.

\*\*\*\*\*\* *Position Overview* We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend to all areas of our facilities and resident apartments.
The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
*Summary of Responsibilities* * Clean assigned resident apartments, common areas, and offices in accordance with community policy.
* Report any Items in need of repair to the Housekeeping Manager.
* Collect, wash, fold and return resident linen and personal laundry weekly.
Ensure that all personal items are labeled.
* Provide additional cleaning/sanitizing of incontinent resident suites as directed.
* Clean carpets by the method of extraction and/or shampooing as directed.
* Assist with resident move-ins by helping to arrange personal belongings.
* Report any observed area in poor repair to supervisor.
* Clean vacant apartments as directed.
* Report any unusual incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Director, or Manager on Duty.
* Clean exterior furniture.
* Assist with special events as needed.
* Maintain all equipment in a clean and safe manner.
* Any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Director, or Manager on Duty.
*Additional Requirements* * Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English.
* Must possess strong oral, written, and telephone skills.
* Must be dependable.
* Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
* Certified in First Aid/CPR.
* Must be in good health and physically/mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
* Must possess knowledge of safe sanitation practices, safety practices.
* Capable of meeting all requirements that may be specified by the state or other regulatory agencies.
