Rheem RTEX-24 24kW Continuous Hot Water Heater - $550 (Olympia)

I am selling a brand new unused Rheem RTEX-24 24kW 7gal/minute continupua hot water heater.
This is a hearty enough unit to run a standard 3br 2ba home, townhouse or condominium.
I purchased it a few years ago when we were remodeling my folks house after they passed.
Turned out the water heater just needed two new elements and was good as new.
The unit has been in my storage taking up space and I am looking to sell it and some other items so I can close down my storage space.
