A $45 non-refundable application fee is required for everybody over the age of 18 years to cover the administrative costs of reviewing credit, criminal, and rental histories.
Each application needs to be accompanied by the $45 application fee.
Rental Qualifications: 1) Monthly income is equal to 2.
5 times the monthly rent amount.
2) Positive credit rating.
3) No criminal felonies or convictions of a crime against person or property, including drug convictions.
4) No negative rental history.
Additional deposits or co-signers may be requested if some qualifications are not met.
Occupancy guidelines according to HUD guidelines permit no more than 2 persons per bedroom, plus one additional occupant.
Renters insurance is required.
