*Person we are seeking: *An exceptional person to work alongside the Principal designer and team for the administrative and logistics side of the business.
This residential interior design firm offers a pleasant working environment and compensation package commensurate with experience for the right candidate.
This position is ideal for an outstanding professional with strong communication and proficiency in google suite, organization and people skills who desires to learn the business end of interior design.
This position will be part time 24-30 hours and can vary between Monday-Thursday.
*Character Strengths & Skills:* * 2-4 years of office experience * Professional, polished presence with a strength of empathy and service * Expert grammar and spelling skills * Highly organized, critical thinker, & detail oriented * Strong digital literacy, proficient in Google Suite, Adobe, and data entry in a spreadsheet format * Client management skills * Gifted in multi-tasking for a busy environment * Must be effectual at coordinating and communicating with vendors *Administrative Responsibilities Include:* * Manage phone communications and client services * New Client intake, management, and scheduling * Client tracking, data entry, and project tracking.
* Manage vendor products in design studio and resource library, and computer directory systems * Incoming deliveries, mail, and managing the design studio presence * Assist in product shipping, schedules, delivery and installations with owner and team * Liaise with vendors and contractors pertaining to our projects * Coordinating a weekly staff meeting regarding project and administrative status * Assist owner with marketing and public relations including the management of social media a community relations * Proofreading documentation and correspondence Position is offered at an eight (8) hour shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.

PTO is given in lump sum beginning at annual review.
