Cowlitz Timber Trails Association is a membership campground near Salkum, WA.
*SUMMARY DESCRIPTION* Under general direction, this position: * Coordinates and performs member service functions with priority focus on answering/responding to telephone calls and in-person contact with members/guests.
* Assists with day-to-day operations of the business office and Cowlitz Timber Trails as a whole.
* Tracks and coordinates communication and follow-up for ATV/UTV/GOLF CART use.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*: * Undertake general office reception duties, both in person and on the telephone, includes messages for staff/Block Director or routing calls for assistance as needed.
* Monitor and verify gate usage.
Review member gate card information and issue cards as outlined in the CRBH.
* Act as a resource for members related to ATV/UTV/Golf cart requirements.
* Monitor gate entrance for entry of ATV/UTV/Golf carts on the premises and verify they are registered.
* Track incident reports and notify Block Director/management for further handling.
* Track member UTV/golf carts and Release of Liability forms and insurance.
Complete inspections and assign registration tag/plate.
* Administrative work processing annual release of liability and proof of insurance requirements.
* Actively register all ATV, UTV, and golf carts and perform decibel checks.
* Enforcement of release of liability and insurance requirements.
* Review of insurance documents to ensure all registered vehicles are properly insured.
* Administer member versus guest policies.
* Maintain spreadsheets tracking ATV/UTV/golf cart activity.
* Review vehicles currently registered and any changes since time of registration.
* Review block director inspection sheets to verify registered vehicles.
* Administrative enforcement for removal of junk or unregistered ATV/UTV/Golf carts.
* Refer to the CRBH and Bylaws for policy, rules, and regulations.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Some duties above may be shared or completed by Office Administrator and/or Compliance Coordinator during day-to-day office operations.
*SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS*: * Ability to work well with others.
* Efficient in Microsoft Office software.
* Willingness to learn new software.
* Skilled in website operation.
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Work well under pressure.
* Strong administrative writing skills.
* Proficient in managing processes.
* Exceptional organization skills.
* Competent in analyzing various data and information.
* Professionalism is a requisite.
* Ability to problem solve and make sound independent judgment.
* Capable of multi-tasking.
* Ability to work well with others.
* Efficient at working unsupervised.
* Comfortable operating in a casual work environment.
* Position requires staffing during weekends and summer holidays.
During times of high park traffic, overtime and flexible hours may also be necessary.
*Educational Requirement*: * Any college coursework in office, clerical, or administrative fields helpful.
* Experience counts more than a degree.
* Insurance and/or legal background preferred.
*Other Requirements/Information*: * Criminal background check required.
* Valid driver's license required.
* 32-hour per week position Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.
