Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a Human Resources Administrator (Plants) to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions.
You will manage employee records, maintain HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Additionally, you will direct the onboarding process and new hire orientation, ensuring new employees are successfully welcomed to the Cooperative.
You will also manage HR information systems, support plant engagement events, and assist other HR projects as needed.
A Day in the Life.

• Knowledgeable of all functions in HR to ensure processes, policies and procedures are conveyed properly and effectively to our employees.
• Lead and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensure new team members understand Ocean Spray culture and values and are set up for a successful onboarding experience.
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (Workday), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data.
• Update and maintain HR portal pages ensuring content is relevant, updated, and supports a strong user experience tied to our operating principles.
• Maintain and update organization charts, employee data and files, and HR policies.
• Support team member offboarding practices.
• Manage employee engagement events.
• Other job duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For: • Bachelor’s Degree or HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working cross-functionally • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to enhance processes for efficient execution • Experience dealing with confidential information in an environment where you must apply discretion and judgment • Experience with Workday HRIS • Working knowledge of employment law, HR policies and practices, and financial/business acumen • Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstration of a positive attitude, a sense of ownership, and a commitment to customer service and employee satisfaction • A sense of urgency with regards to finding resolutions and responding to requests • A passion for being a brand ambassador and face of the company to employees Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 Year Annual Salary: $49,700 - $65,600 The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
